I really wish I could rate this lower. I placed an order for a jersey at the start of December as a Christmas present. It showed up after the holiday. The size was way too big. I shot an email asking for a large. They told me to keep the XL, which I don’t want, and charged me $29 to send another one. That one arrived, and guess what? It was an XL again. Now, I’m waiting on the third one. It’s February 20, and this whole mess started back in December. I mentioned I’d return both and requested a refund. Apparently, that’s not an option. I’m never ordering from Jersey Nation again!

A pop-up on their site automatically placed an order for a random jersey, using my shipping and billing details from a past purchase. I quickly attempted to cancel it, but was told that cancellation wasn't possible and I'd have to send it back. When I tried to return it, I was informed that since the order had been fulfilled, returning it wasn't an option. Plus, the jersey I actually wanted took nearly 30 days to show up, even though I was promised it would arrive in under 20 days.

I tried to dispute this shady order with my credit card company, but Jersey Nation accused me of trying to scam them for a freebie. Seriously, who in their right mind would want a JCole Hockey Jersey? Nobody. Seems like that's how they offload their unwanted stock.

I placed an order for a Roberto Clemente Jersey a few weeks back, and it was meant to arrive in 7 business days. Now I'm heading to Puerto Rico without the gift for my father-in-law. I'm really let down by this! I won't be using your service again. Don't take my money and then feed me lies.
